NJ Martial Arts Academy​

Thank you for visiting our Online Dojo.  We have been teaching martial arts to our friends and neighbors in the Randolph, Roxbury, Mendham, Hopatcong, Dover/Mine Hill and surrounding communities since 1986. 

     Our program offers individualized instruction within a group training venue. We offer a challenging yet fun learning experience in a safe, family-friendly environment. Our black belts are CPR/AED certified.  We teach using a core "Functional Fitness" and self-defense.(can you protect yourself and your family) philosophy.

     The Carmona's have degrees in Exercise Science and incorporate sport training into the workout lesson plans

for most classes. These skills translate across to all sports and activities.
